and,i'm too bad in handling my own emotion,

tapi yg aku google kan.kalau korg nk dpt tips untuk handling emosi:

1) selalu think positif.

2) ambil mase meditasi,tenangkan diri at least 10 mins per day

3) emosi kita ni bnyk terinfluence dgn minda separa sedar

kalau nk control minda separa sedar ni,kita kne bnyk berzikir

*which i always neglect it.dah tension sgt bru nk ingt zikir.*

sebenarnya ubat terbaek utk hati adalah zikir kan?
