Ahaaa.. terpanggil2 nk hapdate blog.. tbah lepas bce hlovate.lg la bkobar2.. *insert lagu bkobar2 kat sini*

Skrg ni dh bnyk dh brand kat luar sne.. dlu2 ye la org pkai jenama k**** je.. mcm2 dgr psl cik pad ni.. ade yg kate blh kne kanser la etc etc.. so skrg no dh ade la pulak org cipta pad herba.. best ke? Entah.. Yg aku tahu dia mahal.. But yeah people, those expensive thing that is hard to get usually woth it ;) but, i am not going to be a fan as herbal pad usually comes with gel.. Totally a big no! But, terfikir jugak, xde ke org buat research pasal ni ek? Kalau setakat testimoni, that's the lowest evidence based.. Cube bayangkan tajuk dia: prevalence of dysmenorrhoea among hukm visitors.. Contohnye la. Then kita boleh kaji jenis pad ade kaitan x dgn sakit pms tu.. Haaa.. Xke nice?;)
