Usaha tangga kejayaan

Ahahha. Happy! Finally Berjaya jugak shed off few kg.. Penat ohhh. Hasil gi gym and jogging at least 3 times a week. As well as jaga makan. Sekarang alhamdulillah. Become better.

Tula. Org dah pesan. Kalau stress ubatnya bukan makan. Tapi exercise. Degil lagi. Lepas yg kecewa akibat ditinggalkan. Naik sampai 18kg. Hambek kau! Sekarang slow2 recover. By early Feb kena reach 60kg. Target dgn kwn2. Harap2 bjaye. Aminnn. Way to go Risq! U can do it ^^
