skipping rope


ok.saye malas nk edit gamba =_=" HEHE
this is my dearest skipping rope.
rase mcm beli skipping rope ni mase dok KTSN dlu2.which is a year ago =P
tapi unfortunately,mase nk pindahkan brg dr rumah sewa g rumah kuarters kat maktab
bru je jumpe balek
and.i do really appreciate it.bcoz it comes at very the right time lah =P

kaler dye merah.which is my feveret kaler
dompet.beg handphone.tali tag name.sume merah
aiyoooo =_=" dunno why i fall in love with red nowadays.
kalau nk tgk closet pon,bnyk baju merah n pepel n hitam n cekelat jek.
laen2.kemsalam.blom jatuh hati sgt lg.HAHA =P

well.as for today.sy smbg balek program skipping everyday
haritu buat.lepas tu muscle spasm.sbb dah lame xexercise.
jadi betis jd sgt tegang.and really hard to walk
however,today saya berjaya skipping 15 mins non-stop :)
yeay!

di sini.saya nk state some of the fact about skipping.
u just need a rope.which is very cheap.and affordable
make sure skipping rope korg size sme cm korg lah ^_^
so that,xla dye tsangkut ke hape kan ^_^

and.and.fun fact tntg skipping.yg akan MENGUJAKAN ^_^

skipping slame 20mins non-stop akn membakar 250 kalori for each session
*which td sy bpeluh tahap xingt*
ia memantapkan bahagian calf muscle.thigh.shoulder.hip
*yeay!mawu fit kan badan ni lagi*

worh.worh.tapi kalau korg bjaye skip non-stop slame 20mins tu gile la kan
HAHA.
non-stop ni maksudnye.continuously.as in
mule2.stretch la dlu.mcm march at the same place for 1 mins
and slowly increase the speed.smpaila ter'joging'
then,buat stretching mcm korg blaja dlm kelas PJK mase skolah rndh dlu.
HEHE =P

then,start with skipping for 3 mins continuously
then,march for 1 mins
continue skipping for 3 mins
then stretch ur leg,angkat lutut smpai paras pinggang :)
tp jgn statik.smbil2 tu bgerakla depan blakang.
*saye dengar lagu linkin park,aizat,westlife,MCR semasa skipping agr xbosan*
dan korg buatla selang seli mcm tu,dgn 1 mins break utk march atau stretch
barula xmuscle spasm

and.i'm really satisfied for today.
lepas tu,jgn minum air ais plak ye.sile minum air suam,selepas skipping
insyaAllah.anda akan ke tandas xlame lepas tu.HAHA =P

p/s: kalau blh continuously mcm ni
harap2 program diet sy bkesan.and we'll see the result soon
hopefully i can still achieve my ideal weight by 23rd march
before my burfday.or else.i'll lose to the bet i made with my fwen =_="
no way!
