pagi tadi baru je blaja bout communication process

and therefore,rase mcm nk berkongsi with u guys

yelah..kalau kite gune nada/tone yg lain,mungkin apa yg kita nk smpaikan

disalah erti oleh org lain..kan kan ^_^

hanya 30% je verbal communication berkesan pd kita

and the rest 70% depends on our body language
